This policy covers the Caliper Growth marketing website and Growth Assessment form. A separate agreement may govern information processed while delivering services to a client.

Information you provide
The Growth Assessment requires your name and email address. You may also provide a phone number, current website, area of interest, and additional context. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for a business inquiry.
Information processed automatically
When you visit the website, hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information such as the requested page, date and time, IP address, browser or device information, referrer, and errors. This information supports delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security.
How information is used
Caliper Growth uses information for the purposes reasonably connected to your interaction with the website, including to:
- review and respond to a Growth Assessment or other inquiry;
- understand the website, market, measurement, or implementation context you choose to share;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and submission process;
- maintain appropriate business records and protect legal rights; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Caliper Growth does not sell personal information, use assessment details for targeted advertising, or make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Delivery and service providers
Assessment submissions are validated by the website and sent through Mailgun to the approved Caliper Growth business inbox. The website does not write submissions to a Caliper Growth application database. Email, routing, hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may process information as needed to provide their services.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser, device, and challenge signals to determine whether a Growth Assessment submission appears legitimate. Caliper Growth uses that result to protect the form, not for advertising or profiling.
Providers may retain limited message or technical records under their configurations and policies. Caliper Growth may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction involving the company.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Caliper Growth will update this policy and evaluate appropriate consent controls before enabling analytics, advertising technology, or materially different tracking.
Necessary infrastructure may still process request information to deliver and protect the website. A browser may also provide controls for local storage, cookies, or privacy signals if those technologies are introduced later.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate or manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Retention can vary with the nature of the conversation and any later client agreement.
Caliper Growth uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and current service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask Caliper Growth to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information connected to your inquiry, or to stop using it for future communications. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, recordkeeping, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

This business-to-business website is not directed to children, and Caliper Growth does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Growth Assessment.
